Question CPU Ez Debug Light on

Hello! Posted a few weeks ago because my build wasn't posting, and I am still having problems. The Ez Debug light is on for the CPU, and as I was going through recommendations of what to check, I realized I don't have a CMOS battery at all. I understand that my computer should still boot and the clock would just be reset each time, but what does that mean for my BIOS? Also, I don't have my JBAT1 pins connected to anything currently because I don't have a CMOS battery, but would that prevent my computer from posting?

Motherboard is MSI B450M Pro-VDH Max, CPU is AMD Ryzen 5 3600.
