CPU EZ Debug Switch is Red

I have an MSI H110M Gaming Motherhood and I recently installed an i7-7700k into it and now every time I try and turn it on the EZ Debug light switch is on and there is no display. Do I maybe have to update bios. Plus I already reset CMOS about 5x

Yes, you have to update firstly the BIOS, and then install the new CPU.
