I cant figure it out, I noticed that 1 of my cpu fans was spinning slower than the other, when I went to bios to see if settings messed up, I clicked set to default settings nothing changed but in the bios I tried setting all fans 100% and that somehow got them to work properly AT 100%, BUT no matter what I try it wont let me adjust the 2nd fan speed it either is forced to spin at 300rpm( while other still at 1500) or max at 1500rpm. If i open Msi gaming app and set it to silent fan 1 stays at 1500 and fan 2 gos to zero? Both fans connected to mobo 1 is 4 pin and the other is a 3pin.
