CPU Fan and my case

Solution

If you have 140mm slots in the top, the H110 will work, but you have to be careful. My case has 140mm fan slots in the top, but the H110 won't work because the motherboard is in the way. Regardless, try to get a system with the biggest rad you can.
You can definitely use a 140mm rad system if you want to mount it to the back, but if you want to mount it on the top of the case, I'd definitely go with a 240mm system (I'm not sure that case can support a 280mm, most don't). Bigger radiator = better cooling. The one I have, the Swiftech H220 is pretty much the best closed-loop system at 240mm, but if you have room for a 280mm, I'd do the Corsair H110 and get some nice Noctua fans to replace the stock ones.
