Hi so my cpu cooler Be quiet! dark rock 4 the fan is faced on the other oppsite side of my ram and my rear exhaust fan is blowing air directly at the cpu fan and the cpu is blowing directly the rear exhaust fan. Is this a problem? My temps are still good but is it that much of a problem? Could I just add a fan on the top of my case?

Solution
The rear fan should almost ALWAYS be an exhaust (blowing air OUT of the case). The cpu cooler fan should face the same way...blowing warm air towards the exhaust fan, which the exhaust fan then pushes out of the case.
