CPU Fan and System Fan spins for 1 sec and stops

i mounted my mother board on Corsair Carbide Series 400R cabinet , when i turn on the power the cpu fan spins for 1 sec and stops and after that my computer wont start . but when mounted the motherboard to my old cabin , the computer works fine . Can anyone help me to identify what causes this problem on " Corsair Carbide Series 400R " . Can it be fixed ? please help me bros 🙁

Is the 8-pins power connected for the CPU?

Check that the motherboard standoffs are installed correctly. The pre-installed ones may not match up with the holes on your motherboard and may be shorting something out (likely if it works in your old case/outsidethe case)
