cpu fan at 128c?

my CPU fan is reading at 128c on speed fan just wondering how accurate this program is because i checked my temp on my bios and it was at 39 to 40

if you use a amd the cpu is usualy the firts one on top you read the temp 3 use this to compare bios temp http://www.hwinfo.com/download.php

naw i am lintel i have come to the conclusion that the program is not acurate as in my bios it says my cpu fan is like 38 to 41
