So i recently got a new fan (arctic alpine 12 co) as my old stock cpu fan had serious noise problems and would sometimes completely stop working so now i have a new fan. But i noticed my new fan is making a weird sparking or crackling noise, it kind of sounds like its hitting something but i have no idea. This isnt doing anything towards my performance its just an annoying noise but im still worrying about it.

There is also a whistling noise coming from somewhere on the top of the computer, its hard to tell where its coming from, sounds like the cpu cooler or the rear pc fan maybe even the gpu but no idea.

very easy to tell.
just look at it and ensure nothing is touching the blades or the area in which they are spinning.

my new fan is making a weird...noise

while the system is running and fan is spinning; lightly press against the center of the fan until it stops.
if the sound also stops then you know it is coming from this fan.

do the same with the rest of the fans and see if the other noise stops with any of them.

having a closer look at the cpu cooler, its sounds like its coming from the inside of the middle part but i have no idea how to check the inside of the middle part because you cant really take it apart.

also doesnt seem like the fans are hitting anything
