Cpu fan decreases..

My cpu fan moves nicely while i boot my pc but when i started playing games like gta v, watchdogs 2, etc...my processer fan speed decreases....can anyone tell me is this a big problem?

When you boot a PC, the CPU fan will run full for a moment then go back down. I see no problems here. But if you still feel a bit worried, run Real Temp or Core Temp in always on top mode whilst playing a game and check temps, so long as everything is running around 50/60 degrees whilst playing games, you have no problems...
