Also, I tried to update the bios, but of course the computer has to re-boot, anything I install, or download that requires a re-boot is a no go, because I can't reboot. I restart computer at least 20 times a day just to get into the bios screen if I'm lucky... I don't see my fan readings in speed fan either.. cpu in installed correctly it came with thermal compound on the unit.. if fan isn't spinning correctly I have no options to adjust it?

You will need to replace the CPU fan. It is bad. ...no way to adjust it.

Found how to fix it, when computer boots to hp splash screen, press CTRL & F10 and it took me to the HARDWARE MONITOR of the bios.. disabled the cpu fan monitoring
