CPU Fan error (but it's working) + Time always changing in Windows

Hey guys,

I would really need your help. Suddenly I got a problem with my computer..

Every time I turn it on I get a CPU Fan Error (though it's spinning at around 410-480rpm) and then I have to set Cpu Fan Speed Low Limit in Bios from 600rpm to 400rpm and it works then. But everytime I plug off the computer this setting resets itself somehow and I get this error again. If I turn off CPU Q-fan control then my fan spins at around 1500 rpm without a problem, but the setting resets again when I plug it off. Also my time is always different when I turn on the computer.

How can I fix it? I'm suspicious that the problem lies in my motherboard.

Motherboard: Asus P8Z77 -M
CPU: i7 3770k
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 4x4GB
CPU Cooler: Thermalright Macho HR-02
OS: Windows 10 64-bit

Thank you and have a nice day!

Solution
Replace motherboard battery - that's the very first thing you have to do, and quite possibly the only thing you will have to do.

Thank you Sir! It seems to work now.
