CPU Fan Error w/ Blank Screen

I have a custom built computer that recently started giving me trouble. On boot it would give a CPU fan error then load to windows 10. It could stay on the login screen for hours but minutes after logging into a account, the screen will go blank, forcing either a manual reboot or waiting up to 20 minutes for the screen to reappear on the windows login. I do not know how to fix it from not giving me blank screen. any help?

If the CPU fan is not spinning then you need to replace it or buy a new cpu cooler and install it.
