CPU Fan Error

Building a new pc. everything seems to be running fine except i have one error. the BIOS says the cpu fan is not working and when i look into the case its on. Why would it say their is an error when its clearly working? how can i fix this? the cpu fan is the coolermaster hyper evo.

Is the CPU fan connected to the CPU fan header?
