CPU fan error

Just recently changed my cpu fan from the standar phenom II x4 fan to a hyper 212 evo.. And now upon start up its telling me that the fan is spinning at low rpm and not working properly...

I installed it myself, and it is making contact with the cpu and the temperature is stabilised at 27-30 degrees c

What can i do ??

Your motherboard bios will have some fan control options.
In there will be a setting to set the low rpm threshold.

Some fans will not start at less than 300 or 500 rpm.
