CPU fan error.

I moved the fan from the cha fan to the cpu fan, and now the computer turns on from the case, but it won't turn off, also the usb ports aren't working. Any advice? Thanks for the help!

Which case? looks like you somehow unplugged the front I/O panel connector, Check the connection behind the front I/O panel itself.
