CPU fan error

I installed a new psu and tried boot but I am get that error the rear fan and CPU fan are spinning in my bios I can only see one of them it's 1740 rpm ? Any help would be great

Have you checked to make sure the connector from the fan on the heat sync to the motherboard did not come un-plugged accidentally while you were installing your new PSU? Should be a few wires coming out of that fan, to a connector that plugs in right by your heat sync. Check to make sure it is fully plugged in. It is a keyed connector, so you should only be able to successfully plug it in one way. If it gives you resistance, make sure it is the right way, and don't force it. It should go in easily if you're plugging it in the way it is supposed to be plugged in, and forcing it WILL damage the pins.

If it is only partially plugged in, it is possible for the CPU fan to still spin, but not report its speed to the BIOS, which could cause...
