Cpu fan full speed and low fps

Since moving my computer to a new case with a new power supply I am experiencing massive Fps drops!! The cpu fan is also running full speed.

I'm not massively knowledgeable on computers but can anyone help? 

My specs are:

Intel i7-2600k 
16GB HyperX Ram
1 TB HD
Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050ti 
Corsair 650w power supply.
The CPU cooler is the stock cooler that came with my computer, it's for an alienware aurora r3.

How are temperatures on the CPU? CPU_Fan is probably at 100% because it's now having to work harder to cool the CPU - are you throttling, potentially?

What do you mean by throttling? I have they speedfan app just can't tell which one is the cpu

Throttling is when your cpu slows itself down on purpose because it is too hot.

It may be that your case has bad airflow, especially with the stock cooler.
Could you send us the model of the case?

I have 4 fans in the case
