Question Cpu fan getting louder then blue screen

Hello I was playing some games and then the cpu fan was getting louder and got a blue screen please help

and the cpu temp is?
full system spec? include make and model of the psu

i looked at my temp on the cpu it was in 40 s while i was playing PSU:gigabyte 750wH
i5 8400
asus prime z 370 A II
masterair ma410M
RTX 2060
1 tb hdd
240gb ssd
the fans are going louder and i get a black screen that says no signal

to fix it i have to restart , i was still hearing my friend on discord while i was in the black screen
