CPU fan giving long beep at start up

Hello

I have just installed a PA35 DS4 MB for my son using the regular Intel fan, in the bios setting I have enabled the fan warnings

So sometimes when booting I get a long beep warning me that the fan isn't running, this is because the fan take a couple of seconds to start turning

Altough not really a problem it's annoying,

Can anyone suggest a way around this

Bios version 7 installed

go into the bios and set the fan mode/type to PWM

Another possibility would be to turn off fan warning.
Although apache_lives solution is better IMHO. The fan will always be on and not regulated by the temperature of the CPU.
