CPU fan goes full speed at Log on (probably because of AI Suite?)

Hi, everybody, this is my first post here in Tom's, I've always found this forum helpful ever since I built my first PC back in march 2017, but now I have an issue which, strangely, doesn't seem to have a thread or a solution yet, so now I resource to posting for the first time :) hope you can help guys:

Description is simple, the CPU fan goes to full speed almost immediately AFTER Windows Log on, so it happens when turning on the PC, when restarting and after waking up from sleep. If I go to AI Suite Fan Xpert 4 Core and load any of the profiles (even the one that's currently 'loaded') fan goes back to normal (ie. not 100% speed but the designated speed on the profile given the current CPU temperature).

Notes:
- This only affects CPU fan even though all chassis fans are also dependant on CPU temps.
- Very rarely CPU fan will stay normal after waking up from sleep
- If I uncheck 'Enable at starup' (left click on taskbar icon), SOMETIMES this will prevent the issue
- If I uninstall AI Suite, this seems to prevent the issue
- I have uninstalled and installed AI Suite couple times to no avail
- Fan is stock Intel CPU heatsink fan

Rig:
- Intel I5 7500
- Asus Prime H-270M Plus
- 16 gb Corsair 3000mhz Vengance led
- Asus ROG Strix 1050ti OC
- EVGA 650 G2

AI Suite installed and Corsair Link installed and enabled at startup

Solution
More than likely you had a Windows update, and now AiSuite is not loading on login, so will return to bios settings, which happen to like bumping cpu upto max for bios/login but usually settle down after a few minutes.

Check to see if AiSuite is actually starting, before trying to get the fans working right, you may have to reinstall or setup a windows task, which will over-ride the UAC.

'Automatic' where?
Uninstall AI Suite? I know uninstalling AI Suite seems to solve the problem but I would like to keep AI suite as I like the way you can customize fan curves and other things and for a year it worked flawlessly

If you are using Al Suite 3, you can lookup this settings maybe you have got wrong.

this is what my AI Suite looks like except the tabs on top ( TPU, EPU, etc.) deploy from a bar on the left like the one in the second image. Each of the icons with a graph represents a fan:

when you click an icon you get a screen like this:

I have options for 'Silent', 'Standard', 'Turbo' and 'Full Speed' profiles, each of of this is optimized by clicking the 'Fan Tuning' button, then you select a profile and it keeps that profile at start up. By selecting each fan on a menu you can customize each fan's curve and then save the profile to a list along with the default profiles and you can load it by clicking 'load profile'; I have created a custom profile which I have 'loaded' at all times, however the issue occurs when I set any of the profiles, including the default ones. As I mentioned the 'loaded' profiles are kept after power offs and ons, restarts etc. and even the graphs for each fan (like the one on the image) show the yellow dot at the designated RPM value for a given temp but I can clearly hear the fan at full speed and I have to 'load' a profile anyways to stop it every time I log on to windows
