Question CPU fan is continuously running even in sleep mode ?

I have i5 3470 desktop, motherboard : zebronics H61. My problem is my CPU fan is keep running even in sleep mode. However my last desktop's fan used to stop. Please tell me the solution. It is very annoying.

yes its connected with motherboard directly.

Your motherboard support (use H61 in search bar located above the list, top right)is beyond worse, it lacks any BIOS revisions.

Please list the specs to your current build like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
include the age of the PSU, apart from it's make and model. Where did you source the OS installer from?
