CPU fan is loose and rattling. What do I use to tighten it?

I see four little holes on each corner, I assume the screws are there. What kind of screw driver is used to tighten? [/not a hardware guy]

When I press down on one corner (left top) it stops for a while

you don't need screw driver. this cooler use plug and unplug methode.
