CPU Fan making loud noise. Help please.

My CPU Fan is sightly making weird loud noise. These are the not the problems:

-My CPU is not overheating. (According to the temperature.) (Not quite sure, I felt the heat from the outside, not sure it's OVERHEATING from the INSIDE.)

These are the problems:

-The fan sightly silence for a bit when I closed some of the applications that uses a lot of memories.

-The LED (Or something like that) (In front of the CPU) is blinking. Is that normal or what?

Nevermind. I have fixed it. It was my earphone problem. Whenever I play a game with it on, CPU fan starts to make loud noises. When I don't have it on, it's fine.
