Question CPU fan needed water cooling?

Hi, I have set up my build and checking fans in the bios, there is no spin for a CPU fan. Is this normal for a water cooled build? I have the H100X and I read that due to water cooling there should be additional fans to cool the voltage. Do you think that would be necessary? Your advice is much appreciated. Thank you.

have you connected anything to the CPU fan header? if not --> ofc there's no spinning fan

you usually don't need to cool the VRMs if you got a halfway decent board, but you can. this would most likely mean you need to mod your case somehow.

I have a fan cable connected but no spin. Probably a stupid question but just thought I'd ask as I paid a lot for the CPU and the board is decent. Thanks for your reply.
