[SOLVED] CPU fan problem; turns on only after a 5-10 minutes

Like in the theme. I've got i5-8600k 3,6 ghz not oc, gtx1060 6gb, 16gb ram, z370 motherboard. When I turn on my pc, the cpu fan turns on after few minutes. What could be wrong? Should I remove my cooling on something better?

Make and model of your PSU? What aftermarket cooler are you using for that i5-8600K? Try breadboarding without the discrete GPU.
