Cpu fan rattling noise

[I need help with my pc]

Hi when my screen went blank by playing a game I went in to push in a cord a little bit harder but I cut my hand, I then searched to see what happened one of my cpu fan blades broke! Now I also can't even see my screen so I'm sol. Any idea why this rattling noise is happening or why I can't see my screen. I'm new to PC gaming

The rattling is a badly unbalanced fan. Blade broken off. Power off and disconnect it.

The screen? No idea.

Well, yes. If you continue to run that fan, eventually the bearings will fail.
