Question CPU FAN RUNNING BUT NO DISPLAY ON MONITOR

Hi brothers,
I am in serious trouble and need ur guys' help. The pc specs are:
i7 3770
Intel manufactured mobo
8 gigs ram
Gtx 1060 6gb
Hec raptor 500w psu
So I have played lots of games and although the temp of cpu reached somewhat 84 max

First thing to check when no output to monitor and monitor is known to be working are Cables and connections and switching from GPU to IGPU to test.
Next to check is the PSU under load as i'ts not a very good efficient unit (age)

Well I cleaned gpu and ram slots and both of them as well and also made sure that the cables from psu to cpu and gpu were well in contact becuz monitor did show any sign even though I connected it to the motherboard vga port. But cleaning the slots or maybe replugging the pcie cable did the job because if it was a matter of dirty slots so I should have got onboard beeps. thanks though but wanted to know that why did my computer suddenly freeze in the first place?
