What motherboard were you on prior to the Afox motherboard? You're advised to reinstall your OS after a motherboard change, mind you.

What is not working?
Can you not enter the bios?
Is there no fan profile section?
Is your fan connected to a cpu fan header?
Looking at a photo of the motherboard, I do not see ANY fan headers!
If you connected the fan directly to the psu, it will run at 100% all the time.
You can get adapters like the zalman fanmate that can adjust the speed, but without a motherboard connection that will be only a fixed adjustment.
