Its in the correct position. My guess is that its changing the fan speed on load and not on temperature and this makes it go insane whenever anything happens.

I'm not sure what motherboard type you have, however you can go into the bios and change the RPM.
Tried all that.
Came up with a bit of an update, whenever my temp goes above 30 degrees my fan goes turbo to get it back down to 30. Not sure how to fix this, no option in my Bios for that. Im using a GA-78LMT-USB3 Rev6
