Question CPU fan settings

I have an Asrock mother board,with a processor AMD Ryzen 7 5700,what would be the best fan setting to put it at,like what would be the difference if I’m playing games like warzone,valorant or apex?

The best fan setting is as fast as you're fine with both the CPU's temperature and the noise coming from the fan. Some people like to run the fan as slow as possible to minimize noise, and some people don't care and just have the thing at full blast if the CPU so much as sneezes.

Start with a flat line at the loudest you're willing to tolerate, then find some curve you're happy with. If you want to start, you could just do a 1:1 curve to the minimum speed. Or just choose one of the presets and run something like Cinebench R23.
