First thing first, they are not FANS but CPU coolers, you can change fans on any of them !!!
Second thing is that they are not all low profile but some have horizontal and some vertical arraignments and each type has own use.

So what's the best for overclocking?

You can find their description and performance data on respective manufacturers site. Most important part is TDP https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thermal_design_power higher = better for OC. It should exceed projected TDP of the processor at OC frequency you plan to achieve.
Other fast look data to look for:
Fan size = bigger = better.
Number of heat pipes and their diameter , More = better
Number and density of fins, more = better.
Horizontal ones tend to cool parts underneath them so they cool VRM and RAM which vertical ones may not do but as a rule of thumb horizontal ones do not cool processor as comparable vertical ones.

Looks like a good one with 130W TDP but you still didn't say anything about your CPU and about OC intended.

Oh i'm overclocking an i5 6600k to 4.5ghz or lower ( as long as it's above 4.0ghz ) so yeah. Sorry for mis-informing, Mike!

I don't (yet) have experience with Skylake but I'd say you are good for over 4GHz.
