CPU fan sounds very loud suddenly

HI guys i have a problem with my fan.
Right now the speed of the fan is 4200RPM not in full load and in full load is 4700RPM but before was 2700RPM and in full load about 3200RPM.
Why is this happening? I mean i cleaned this pc a month ago.

It's strange because i have 68C in idle before in idle i had 35C

I have a Intel Quad Core Q8200 2.3Ghz with a stock cooler from Intel , it sounds like a chainsaw but it is cooling well but right now don't wanna do that anymore.

At idle, that's really quite high. When was the thermal paste renewed? You may also want to invest in a new CPU fan if it is making the noise you describe. The airflow may be disrupted if the fan is not spinning true.

when i clean it i put new termal paste and i want to get a new cpu fan but i want to know why is spinning at this RPM..
