Cpu fan speed error

When I turn on or restart my computer, I notice on the bottom of the page where it shows you that it detects the drivers, it says that there is a cpu fan speed error. Then the page goes away. I opened my case while it was on and the cpu fan appears to be working. What could this mean. My fan is the cooler master hyper 212 EVO. My cpu is the intel I7 6700k, and my motherboard is the asus z170 pro gaming.

Try setting in BIOS, Monitor Menu, Q-Fan Configuration, CPU Fan Speed Lower Limit to 200.
