it is installed properly and the noise comes from fan cause it is ruining at speed ( by noise i mean the fan running at full speed )

I see your original fan has 4 pins, and your temporary has 3. It might be because the speed control on the temporary fan is not compatible with the speed control of your motherboard, so it just runs a full speed to be safe. Try to get a 4 pin fan.

Hey thanks for ur reply , yeah that is why i called it temporary i used it for like 3-4 weeks till i got the new one (4 pins original) one but the problem is the original one is also running at the full speed like the temporary one, what i mean is my fan is original fan ( 4 pins) right now and it is running at full speed 🙁
