CPU Fan Speeding Up because of Table Fan

I have this weird issue where when I turn on my table fan (that I use because my room gets hot), my cpu fan in my pc decides to speed up even though the cpu is . My table fan is situated right next to my computer case. It particularly speeds up when the fan faces the computer case, and the case does have holes in it.

My CPU is the FX 6300 using stock cpu fan.

Some of the heat would ordinarily escape ventilation holes in the case; with a fan now pushing against the case, the warm air inside the does not escape as easily, temperature rises, and the internal fan speeds rise to compensate....
