Question Cpu fan spinning but no display

GA78LMT-USB3 Rev 6.0
AMD Phenom II X3 720
Simbadda 380W
RAM samsung 2*4GB

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs, like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

I'd also get a hold of a reliably built PSU and then try powering up the system.
