Question CPU fan starts speeding max for a few seconds upon exiting/launching games

Or just when hitting a loading screen on games it often speeds up near max RPM for a few seconds then goes back to normal.

Used stock Intel cooler for processor then switched to Cooler Master Hyper 212X, same issue so must be bios related?

Have a gigabyte z370p. Any suggestions?

Probably reacting to temperature changes that do happen during higher loads at those times. In BIOS, check speed curve of that fan and try to smooth it out so highs are moved from temperature spot at those times.
