Question CPU Fan stopped spinning after installation

CPU FAN stopped spinning after installing 2 new RAM I am not sure if i Did it correctly but i have the AORUS ULTRA motherboard and I plugged it the CPU Plug into the grey instead of the black. I'm not sure if thats the CPU Fan or the CPU OPT would I have to put it to the black pins? It's very hard to reach with my big ass cooler so I plugged it into the one nearest to me

nvm.. fixed it.. I only had the head plugged into 3 of the pins. don't ever get this big ass cpu cooler.
