cpu fan strange sound

HI Guys!!!
I listened strange sounds from the pc... it was like the cpu fan was broken ord dirty... I opened the case I blew on the fan and don't have right now anymore this issue ...
I'm asking you which cpu fan do you suggest for my configuration in case it happens again..

do you think I can use even here this cpu fan? here my configuration i3 7100 mainboard: msi b250 pro-vd (ms-7a74) 8gbytes ram...

on 7100 any cooler ever stock one is fine. pick anything that have 90 TDP+ for silence and good performance.

by the values:
Max. Cooling Performance:
150 Watts
Recommended for TDP up to:
115 Watts
so its ~120 W cooler, should be enough. I personally have no experience with it, but you should not have any issues.

The 92mm fan on the freezer pro will be not much more effective than the stock intel cooler that came with your i3-7100.

If you want a quieter cooler, look for one with a 120mm fan.
My favorite if you have 160mm available is the scythe kotetsu, a $35 unit that competes with noctua.
