CPU Fan Suddenly spins so fast and monitor went OFF

Hi guys i really need a helping hand right now. I don't know what to do with this . . My problem is that my PC runs smoothly after booting up then suddenly when i open some games and tried to play it for a few mins the games performance is slowly creeping down . . . I played Overwatch today and after 30sec of gameplay my FPS just keep slowing down from 90 to 10fps then suddenly monitor went off and i noticed that my CPU fan and other fans aswell are spinning so fast and kinda loud and my pc wont respond after that. Anything i can do to fix this? or what is the cause of this problem? i just experienced this error today sigghhhh. .

i5 4670k
MSI G45 Gaming Mobo
16gb HyperX Ram (1866)
GTX 650 Ti Boost 2gb OC Edition
700watz Power Supply Thermaltake
1TB HDD

Did you check temps? Is anything overclocked?

Thank you for the reply. I already found the culprit of my problem. It was the gpu itself the gpu fans aren't spinning anymore that's why when i checked the temps my gpu has 100C on it that's the reason why my monitor suddenly shuts off itself then won't respond anymore.
