CPU fan too close to exhaust fan?

Ok everyone so my phanteks CPU cooler came with two fans, but can be run with 3.

Now I didn't plan on adding the third fan, but newegg had it for 10$ with free shipping so I went ahead and got it.

Now the problem is,from a rough estimate there is about 50mm between the heatsink and the exhaust fan, and adding the third fan(which coincidentally is 25mm) will make the gap between the third CPU fan and the rear exhaust fan about 25 mm.

Is this enough clearance? I know some people mount their exhaust fans externally for this reason, however I would like to avoid doing so unless it is necessary for the health/effectiveness of the fans.

Lol, already shipped, too late to return.
It was only 10$ for a 40$ fan so I'm not too worried.

I guess when I get it I'll run some temperature testing and see if it helps or not. If it doesn't I guess I can always mount it elsewhere, probably as a second intake fan on the front of my case.
(Not that I don't believe, just so that I have documentation of what does and does not work, and the effects everything has...I'm brand new to pc building so I'm trying to learn as much as I can)

Still would like to know, running the fans too close together won't harm them will they? I imagine the flow coming off of the 3 fan set-up will cause the exhaust fan to spin a little faster.
While I wouldn't think it would hurt it, it'd be nice to know for sure.

Ok, well I guess I've got another intake fan then.
Kinda wanted one anyways, right now I've got 3 exhaust, and two intakes, and the fresh cool air from both the intakes has to travel around my GPU before it gets to my CPU, not to mention the heat rising off of the power supply.
