Greetings, I've been trying to upgrade the cpu fan from a backup pc I'm currently using. I removed the stock malfunctioning 7yo fan and I want to replace it with a hyper tx3i with locks instead of screws. The problem is the cpu backplate which appears to be stuck in the back of the motherboard

From a hesitant attempt it seems that it's glued on the back of the mobo.Is there a way to remove it without damaging the mobo at this point?
