CPU Fan Upgrade

I am currently looking to upgrade my cpu cooler's fans and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions. I want something that can cool a cpu effectively while also remaining relatively quiet. Thanks.

I am using the coolermaster master air 8 but the fans that they provided interfered with my ram so I am currently using some generic fans.

After just watching the HardwareCanuck's video for this cooler, it looks like it comes with two 120mm fan brackets so you can do two 120mm fans instead for more clearance over your RAM sticks. I assume you have already done this but with two generic 120mm fans. So my suggestion for two 120mm fans are some EK Varders.
