Question Cpu fans are stuck at full speed

My cpu fan is stuck at full speed I have a Lenovo thinkcentre m81 motherboard I adjusted some stuff in bios to fix it and nothing happend, when computer turns on it at a normal speed than it slowly reaches max speed after 30 seconds to a minute

So the fan doesn't start at full speed. It ramps up to max speed. Probably the CPU overheating and the fan just have to go at max speed.

Did you plug the CPU fan in the CPU_FAN header? What is your CPU temp at idle?

Can you give us your full system specs.

It is plugged in the right cpu fan spot all connectors fit in perfect I swapped this motherboard in today and the gpu temp is perfect around 35 to 40 degrees c
