CPU fans good enough for i5 4690k around 20 USD

Hello, my stock heatsink has started to fail so I would like to buy some better cooling. Im looking to overclock my 4690k to at least 4.3-4.4GHz and I dont know if the fans in the 20 USD price range can do it. This one is currently the best looking for me

Honestly, I would grab an extra ten bucks, and get either the Hyper 212 EVO or Cryoirg C7...both are under $35, and both will keep it nice and cool (insert sunglasses here)

I agree with KR2, I use the 212 EVO and I have no problems with overclocking and keeping good temps.

I know the 212 evo is good, but unfortunately it costs around 950CZK and I can´t go over 600. I guess Ill try the fan and hope for the best. The 100mm fan and 4 heatpipes looks promising.

I use this fan for my i5 6600k. I only built my system a week ago but the fan is doing a good job for sure. I'be overclocked my cpu to 4.5GHz with 1.325VCore and temps are always 65C on max load.
