CPU fans not increasing speed during heavy load

Hello, I have a AMD Ryzen 2700x + ASRock x470 SLI/AC + corsair hydro series h100i V2 water cooler + windows 10 64bit

I had a feeling my fans's RPMs were not increasing during high work load. I used Cinebench and the fans' really didn't changed their RMPs.

How can I get the fans to increase RPMs when its needed?

(bit more info, Fan#1 around 940 RPMs and Fan #2 around 1450 RPMs)

Solution
One of the boxes in Corsair Link should say something like H100i.
In that box you should see a few things listed (Temp, fan, pump and LED)
You can click on any of these to change them.
Fans on a Corsair watercooler are not supposed to be controlled by CPU temp. If installed correctly and by the Corsair manual, they are controlled by the water temp. Download the Corsair Link software to control it and create your own fan curve.
Or maybe you are talking about case fans?

@AkaSh SAncheti - I didnt overclock the cpu. However, the consensus is that I need to increase the RPMs via the BIOS.

@Kasper Jorgensen - I have downloaded the Corsair link software and I have to stay this is not the most user friendly app Ive used. I cant seem to change the pump profile from extreme and fan profile from cooling - any suggestions on how I can change the profiles?

Any other tips I should look into on making sure the temps / RMPs are optimized for the current workload?

Thanks for all the help
