My cabinet is "Zebronics Desire"
I have totally 5 case fans mounted on this case (All slots filled)
2x120mm(2k RPM 90CFM)
3x80mm
One 120mm fan(intake) mounted below the PSU and another at the bottom(exhaust) of the cabinet.
Two 80mm fans(intake) are mounted over the side panel and One below the hard disk compartment at the bottom(exhaust) next to the 120mm fan (bottom).
So which fans must be intake and exhaust for better cooling and dust prevention.
The PCIe slot gonna house RX 570 NITRO+.

Solution
For dust prevention only filters on intakes would help. Desktop computers are great dust collectors because of lots of air going thru them plus high frequency that acts as static electricity. Slight positive pressure may also help a bit but proper circulation of air is more important so you don't get clean but overheated computer.

Thanks for the info.

Okay the problem is there are no vents on top and front just bottom and rear(cheap cabinet), I switched all fans to intake slightly better cooling than before and since the PSU fan(Antec VP450P) is also intake the air is released in the rear of the PSU.
For bottom vents i used a stand to hold the system and provide space for air. :)

1. 2 or 3 120mm fans on the front for intake
2. 1 120mm at the rear for exhaust

More fans don't necessarily mean better cooling, you need to have a proper air flow. and if possible, please get a better CPU Cooler.
