[SOLVED] CPU fans push/pull or 1 intake fan

Awhile back I helped my cousin built a pc after he wanted to move on from console gaming.

Problem is, he had already bought some components, a case in particular, the CoolerMaster MasterBox MB600L, which he got for 30 euros at the time. And while it's not a completely awful case, it does not have that good of an airflow. Considering it only has one fan at the back as an exhaust, and not that much space at the front for intake, his temps are a bit higher than they should be I suppose.
While his gpu (RX 570 Armor) hovers at around 60-70 degrees with a slight oc and 50% fan speed (which is already quite loud I must say), his cpu (R5 2600) with the stock cooler and settings, easily gets to 75 degrees while playing the likes of Division 2, with the cpu fan set to 100% once it reaches 60 degrees (tried to set a way more aggressive fan profile to see if it'd help, but didn't change a thing).
Upon seeing this I convinced him to order a new cooler to help with the cpu temps, the Freezer 34 eSports DUO, which comes with two fans, in a push/pull config, and I was wondering what would be more beneficial for his computer temps overall, installing the cooler as is, or removing one of the fans from it and use it as an intake for the time being.

Solution
Leave the fans on the CPU cooler, as that's where they'll cool the important parts most effectively. Also, cooler fans are made to be optimized for static pressure, rather than airflow, making them a poor choice for a case fan. Ideally you'd get him another separate fan for the case. He'll probably splurge if you show him some RGB stuff.
