Cpu fans working.no output on monitor or screen.

Hi ,
I have a 4 year old system that used to work fine until i recently opened the case for cleaning.i took out everything, and cleaned thoroughly.i had been doing such cleaning for 4 years.but this time when i connected everything back.all the fans power-up.motherboard led glows.cpu fan runs.gpu fans also work.cd drive functions as usual.but there is no output on the monitor.even the bios doesnt load.my mouse and keyboard doesnt get any power.and it just keeps running like that.all the fans running, led glowing.but no output.

I have tested the ram sticks on friends pc.no problem in ram.tested my friends graphics​ card ,still no output.
I think there is some problem in the psu or mobo.
Mobo :- msi 970A-G46
Cpu :- amd fx 6300
Psu :- cooler master thunder 600w

Is it something to do with the 8 pin connector ? Coz i think one of the 4 pin part may not be working.but how do i test it ?

Check all your connectors. If the 8 pin connector is split into 2 x 4 pin connectors, both must be firmly connected.
Also check RAM and graphics card are firmly inserted and PCI-E power connected if required.
Did you attempt to remove the CPU heatsink, and if so did you apply new thermal paste?

Ok.it has been too long since i first posted it.i still havent got my pc to work.i thought of buying a new mobo.but indian market is too bad right now.nothing available at right price and just a couple of products available.still i will be buying one.
Just one hesitation.my gpu and ram are fine and processor(i think so)
My psu works.but i have a little doubt.i cannot test all the 8 cpu connector pins.its split into 2.
In my city nobody has a mobo with 8 pin connector.
So i cant test the 8 pins all at once.i can only put 4 pins at once.
How can i test all the 8 pins?
