Cpu features: Core C6 state???

what exactly is this??? i know it has something to do with power consumption. i have a pretty good overkill on my psu, so power is not a problem. if i turn this feature off will i get more performance???

The C states on a CPU reduce voltage and so on when your CPU is idle, it does this to save power. However, as soon as the CPU is put under load it goes back to full power again. So turning this off will have no impact on performance.

C6 is a power state available to the processor as a power-saving measure. The only effect it would have is if you leave the computer idle for a while. You might notice a slight bit of lag when you first use the computer as the processor changes power states.

Unless you are overclocking, I'd leave it alone. It won't add any performance over what you already have, but it doesn't take away any either.
